I don’t normally do reviews but felt I needed to this time. The Superior Finish is one of the best companies I have dealt with, and we have dealt with quite a few since moving to North Carolina . We had automated blinds installed and from first ordering them to having them installed has been a great experience. The blinds are incredible and have changed our afternoon sun-filled room to cool and comfortable. Best small business in waynesville! From window coverings, to upholstery carrying bags. Everything they do is great
I took in a large oval ottoman that I wanted redone with a cowhide I had. The cowhide was thicker than the thin fabric that was on the ottoman. I was told the cowhide might be too thick and may bunch up due to the shape of the ottoman. I was given a finish date of 2 1/2 weeks. Amazingly they called me 2 days later to say it was ready. The ottoman turned out far better than I could have hoped for, they lived up to their name, Superior Finish!! They did a beautiful reupholstery job on a chair that has lots of sentimental value to me. Good in house fabric selection. Staff pleasant and helpful. And wow a quick turnaround too. Thank you will definitely use them again.
I can’t say enough about Superior Finish. The whole staff is amazing. Every job they did for me was done perfectly. Their knowledge and professionalism showed through every step.
