10/13/2025: I did finally receive an itemized bill (started asking for this in July 2025), and they resolved my 2 y.o. son’s bill. They have not done what I spoke to them about on the phone in July for my 5 y.o. Daughter, so I put it in writing this time. Sure the lobby is “kid friendly” and decorated as such but don’t fall for the gimmick or all the marketing ploys for their themed products. The service and care is subpar. We came on time for our appointment and waited over an hour to actually be seen. If you’re going to ask for my son to fast two hours before the appointment, at least start on time. We will not be coming back.

If you come here you will be waiting a long time. The floors and chairs are not clean. There’s trash all over the floor. I was here yesterday and the same peace of trash in on the floor. I made a complaint that it’s nasty all the kids play on the floor and climb on the couch. Not happy. Manager. Seem to not care. And she replied with a simple ok.
