Waited in the waiting room for half an hour. Asked front desk how much longer. Was able to finally get in a chair for orthodontist to take 5 min to listen to our concerns, look at the bite and check existing X-ray.. to tell me the tooth pain is not ortho related. No more than 5min. Then offered to make another appointment to see the dentist which would be more waiting. We didn’t wait, we left.
I have been taking both of my kids here for over a year and loved it. Today I took my son in for some work. After leaving I realized I was overcharged. I called my insurance to double check, they confirmed that I was overcharged. I called to let the office know. I understand accidents happen and it's not a big deal, and an easy fix. I got a call back from a woman from this office who said they spoke with somebody from my insurance and that they were told I paid the correct amount. My son used to love the dentist , untill he had a treatment. Getting him to come was hard. Today we had a routine cleaning and he was very nervous and scared that it was going to hurt. After meeting Casey, she made him very comfortable and gave him the confidence to get it done! She was super sweet and silly! She made his expierence fun again for him. He's already excited to come back again. Thank you Casey!
I bring both my kids to The Super Dentist and everyone here is super friendly, great with kids (as they should, being a pediatric dentist office) they are knowledgeable and always try their best to be accommodating.
