I went for a haircut and the place was empty and Daniel rudely looked me up and down and said "well you need an appointment after I paid $100 to tan in UNCLEAN DIRTY BEDS that usually don't work or lights are so old they don't work. I have personally went there daily to see DIRTY BEDS!!
The service was mediocre at best. They don’t say hi or bye, no basic customer service skills at all. And don’t you dare have a question or you’ll get treated like a kid who knows nothing. The workers also have bad communication, you can ask everyone there the same question and get a different answer. I would say the tanning section is good but the beds and floors are dirty and between the products and beds there’s not really a difference to the skin. Could be a good place to frequent if it didn’t feel like mean girls
Very rude and unprofessional business of WOMEN I have ever experienced in 50 yrs. Along that it’s very unsanitary I can not see how there still open. I was tanning and got STUNG BY A WASP on my butt and they did nothing . Week later there lays that wasp and a bed that was NEVER CLEANED!!! Stay away for your safety . I had bought a tanning package and lotion plus a bag of used DIRTY clothes, spent $150 to be told I couldn’t tan and use my 4 sessions I bought last time since they expired!! I asked for an a frame stacked in the back. The hairdressing chopped thru the middle section of the back of my hair only with a texturizer and trimmed the bottom straight around my head with clippers. Gave me a 5 minute hack job. Then proceeded to burn my hair with a dry straight iron that reeked like cooked flesh from the tanning beds. My hair stunk terribly. And I never even asked for a style.
