On July 24th, I called Sunnyside Animal Clinic in an emergency because my cat, Blackula, was not feeling well, and I didn't know what to do. Unfortunately, on this day I had the worst customer experience ever. The person i spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and repeatedly told me that Blackula wouldn't receive any assistance because I had an outstanding bill. I’ve taken my dog to Sunnyside Animal Clinic twice and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the experience. Each visit cost $85 and felt extremely rushed, with very little explanation or care. I was also charged a $30 copay for medication that turned out to be over-the-counter and still had to pay full price for the meds—which I later found on Amazon for a fraction of the cost.
