After spending over $20,000 on a Sundance Hamilton spa just over two years ago, I can confidently say the after-sales support has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Both times I required warranty service, I was told I’d need to pay a $50 “warranty fee.” That’s absurd — I don’t pay a fee to get my vehicle serviced under warranty, and I certainly shouldn’t have to pay one for a premium hot tub. I bought the spa with a very reasonable price and I am enjoying it a lot.
Purchased a 2 seater Finnleo sauna from Sundance. Just filled out a form and literally got one of the most attentive and fantastic sales and service experiences i could have asked for….if you are looking for a sauna or a spa, you can stop looking right now. Jason provided amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable and honest. He went above and beyond answering my many questions very quickly. Would highly recommend.
I bought a peyton spa back in September. They are amazing to deal with. One of the little light covers broke off on my spa and they sent a technician up within a couple days of being notified! I am beyond happy with the service and the quality tub. I highly recommend checking this place out! Update christmas 2024 - my flow switch acted up. A few lights stopped working. A tech came up and fixed everything!!! I am so happy with everyone from this company and will always recommend and buy again!
