I have visited this store many times and have always received great service. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently, an employee there Scott went over and above for me to help arrange a pick up of a specific item I needed. If you ever need anything, Scott is your guy!
The Sundance SPA team did a fantastic job from sales to delivery to installation. Great support. I highly recommend the team if you are shopping for a home sauna. Sue and Scott did a great job during the sales process, answering all my questions. The delivery scheduling and management by Bill was terrific. The delivery team of Roger and Alex were excellent; on time, quick, experienced, and completed the full cleanup. Thanks for a great job, everyone.
After spending over $20,000 on a Sundance Hamilton spa just over two years ago, I can confidently say the after-sales support has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Both times I required warranty service, I was told I’d need to pay a $50 “warranty fee.” That’s absurd — I don’t pay a fee to get my vehicle serviced under warranty, and I certainly shouldn’t have to pay one for a premium hot tub.
