I bought a peyton spa back in September. They are amazing to deal with. One of the little light covers broke off on my spa and they sent a technician up within a couple days of being notified! I am beyond happy with the service and the quality tub. I highly recommend checking this place out! Update christmas 2024 - my flow switch acted up. A few lights stopped working. A tech came up and fixed everything!!! I am so happy with everyone from this company and will always recommend and buy again!
We recently purchased a sauna, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike, our sales associate, provided exceptional service. Sale was good, after sales not so much. - Tub arrived damaged, wrong smart tub controller, a few other items, - the service group responded 6 weeks later after numerous request with the store - booked an appointment (2 weeks later). - service was a no show/no call. had to leave a message to ask where they were.... called back to advise they had rebook and forgot to call me. Of course had to book the day off work to wait around for nothing... Nice - rebooked appointment for a couple days later- lets see what happens. Overall ... read more
Michael sold us a Kingston 980 and its been wonderful. We went with this model because the seat depth was more shallow. Now my wife can enjoy the massage while keeping her hair dry. Installation was easy and adjusting the settings using the SmartTub app is a breeze. Highly Recomend.
