Jason and Sundance are the epitome of professionals! This is by far the gold standard to which I will judge all other major purchases. Ever single question was answered quickly and expertly, no high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Excellent product, experience, delivery and support. A minor issue came up after delivery with set up, I called Jason who put me in contact with the Tech Support team - issue was resolved and I was up and running in an hour. Wish that I could give Jason and Sundance team 10 stars!
We have had a Sundance Solo (one person) Spa since 2001. It is wonderful. But replacing the filter becomes a challenge because of its age. I contacted Sue at the Mississauga store. I sent her photos and dimensions of the filter, and within an hour she called back with the filter type and part number. She suggested I call Lakeshore Pools and Tubs, and I very quickly had a call back from them that they have it in stock. Service team is amazing super friendly and helpful! Moved into a property with a Sundance tub and have never owned a hot tub they helped me get everything set up and more comfortable with the tub - store staff walked me through what chemicals to use - just a great team
My parents got a hot tub 2 years ago and their experience from sales to service with Sundance has always top knotch. Staff are helpful, prompt and professional, from the installation to service and winterizing. My parents just had Walter come to close their tub for the season and they were so impressed at how thorough and quick he was getting the job done. My dad called me after and asked if I could find out his name so they could request him again every year! Thanks Walter! 👍
