On time, quick and Issue solved
We just took ownership of our new swim spa. We have had a optima hot tub since 2011 and have had zero issues. When we heard sundance was doing swim spas we decided to upgrade. The service Scott and the team has given, include the post install calls. Shows the service we have seen from them over the past 15 years.
We just got a new Sundance 780 Series Chelsee Hot Tub delivered and setup in our backyard a month back, in April 2025. Jason from Sundance Mississauga Heartland Store was our Primary Contact. We were referred to Jason by a good friend who had bought Sundance 780 Bristol about 5 years back and she was highly pleased with her hot tub and with Jason, who has been her Primary Contact all these years. Jason and Sundance are the epitome of professionals! This is by far the gold standard to which I will judge all other major purchases. Ever single question was answered quickly and expertly, no high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Excellent product, experience, delivery and support. A minor issue came up after delivery with set up, I called Jason who put me in contact with the Tech Support team - issue was resolved and I was up and running in an hour. Wish that I could give Jason and Sundance team 10 stars!
We have had a Sundance Solo (one person) Spa since 2001. It is wonderful. But replacing the filter becomes a challenge because of its age. I contacted Sue at the Mississauga store. I sent her photos and dimensions of the filter, and within an hour she called back with the filter type and part number. She suggested I call Lakeshore Pools and Tubs, and I very quickly had a call back from them that they have it in stock.
