Having recently bought a Sundance hot tub, we started coming to the Hamilton location of Sundance spas. Service has always been outstanding, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Robert helped us last visit, wasn’t pushy: even talking us out of something we didn’t need to buy and helped us parts and overall knowledge to maximize our Hotub. Thank you Robert! We will be back!
I would like to give a Shout Out to Rob at the Hamilton store. I had many questions about my hot tub and Rob's knowledge of Sundance hot tubs and his level of communication with clients is Top Notch. Rob is hands down one of the Best Sundance Reps I have ever spoken with. I would highly Recommend to Sundance that Rob Trains all new Enployees to do Exactly what he does. Cheers Brad Parcels
UPDATE- SUNDANCE SERVICE IS ALSO EXCEPTIONAL We have been enjoying our Bristol Hot Tub for over 4 years now. Recently, we had an issue and contacted Sarah from the Sundance Service Department for assistance. Sarah was able to quickly diagnose the source of the problem and sent 2 very capable Service Technicians to complete the repair the Same Day!
