Absolutely amazing service from Matt from Sundance Spas. Our hot tub was not working and we called in an independent repair company. After about 20 minutes we realized he had NO clue how to fix hot tubs. Kicked them out and called sundance. Best experience. Within a minute we knew this guy was an expert. Matt was professional, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I would only use Sundance from now on!!
I had an excellent experience with Sundance Spa from start to finish. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We purchased a Sundance Spa in June of 2019. Since then the service and quality of the product has been excellent. Yesterday customer service, exceeded all expectations. This past week, my husband noticed a different noise coming from our hot tub. Upon looking into it further, he noticed water and the motor was running odd. He called Sundance Spas immediately and the young lady on the phone wasn't sure if our motor was under warranty and the earliest they would be able to come would be Friday July 3, 2026.
