I had been contemplating purchasing a hot tub for years, and I finally decided to take the plunge. We had a great experience with Sundance Spas Hamilton from start to finish. Robert, Sue, and Scott were fantastic to deal with and took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and show us different options that worked within our budget. There was never any pressure, and we felt confident with our purchase. Never owned a pool or hot tub before. Went to Sundance and spoke to Rob asking for help “all things” hot tubs.” Rob looked up the history of my tub, and walked me through setup, water balancing and general maintenance. Left feeling confident and well supported!
Nice store. Friendly people
Absolutely amazing service from Matt from Sundance Spas. Our hot tub was not working and we called in an independent repair company. After about 20 minutes we realized he had NO clue how to fix hot tubs. Kicked them out and called sundance. Best experience. Within a minute we knew this guy was an expert. Matt was professional, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I would only use Sundance from now on!!
