Great idea, but the sun rarely can reach it for the function to work properly as an actual "sundial". Great spot for both the young & old to hang out, and there's live music directly behind it in the park on occasion during the summer. Located directly above the not well known underground city built in the 1800's, under that older part of Oshkosh, which is still there- however most of the entry points were bricked up long ago, leaving it fogotten, & lost to abandoned history (read in a Sir Edmund Hillary voice)
That is certainly not a photo of the Sun Dial.
