My grandmother has been a resident here since 2016; she has dementia, and they have been wonderful with her. The nurses and aides take great care of her. They treat her with kindness and consideration. The only complaint I have is that they moved her from her room downstairs to upstairs. She had been in the same room for over four years, and was accustomed to having a little ‘yard’ with bird feeders outside her window from the first floor. Now that she’s on the second floor it isn’t feasible for her to have them. The explana... read more

The bad reviews must be from before St. Luke's took over. This place was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even had a fishtank and some birds in the hallways, which I thought was really cute. My grandfather didn't seem unhappy or anything (besides his usual dislike of hospital settings) so I'm not sure what the negativity is about. No complaints from me.

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all the one star reviews. I'm out of state and went to visit when my dad was admitted. The staff were great, what they have to put up with is heartbreaking and how they remained cheerful and helpful through it all was admirable. My dad is not a nice person, kind of like how these reviewers sound, and yet they were still kind and loving. He thought it was because he is such a great guy. I told him, no they are nice to you IN SPITE of how unpleasant demanding ungrateful and uncoo... read more

They should use this place as a set for a horror movie. Unfortunately google doesn't allow you to leave no stars. The doctors are invisible and incommunicado. The nurses are understaffed and don't seem to care about anyone or anything. The superiors don't know how to communicate to the family. They would not allow my father to go to the bathroom without assistance, problem is, when you rang the buzzer the assistance didn't show up at all, or showed up after it was too late. The food they gave him was not suitable for a diabe... read more

Place is dirty. Poor experiences with staff. Took 30 to 45 minutes for an aid 2 get to my father. After that amount of time he had already messed himself. Aids stood out in the hall complaining about others. They sometimes wouldn't get him dressed or out of bed. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
