If there were a zero star option I would have selected that, but one star will have to do. From the moment we booked this hotel through Hotels.com to attempting to cancel for personal reasons, The Summit Hotel has been nothing short of unprofessional, difficult to communicate with, and nearly impossible to reach. Edit: Returned March of 2026 and everything was great. Hotel completely redone and service was great across the board. Great location. Thats it. Worst customer service I've experienced at any ski resort. One or two exceptions but rude staff pretty much across the board. You're made to feel as an inconvenience. Very limited options for food and drinks as well as limited menus at all. No priority given to guests staying at hotel either. Rooms are horribly outdated but renovations are coming.
