This is a new well organized hotel with beautiful views. Big sky is a small ski town and a great place for mountain biking and hiking. But keep in mind this is a place for meetings and a resort. Great staff and an amazing stop.
Just finished a week long stay at The Summit Hotel. What a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very impressed with the staff. Two people in particular made our stay special. Aidan at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly. He was engaging and super helpful for our family. This young man has a bright future. This place is great and the staff is even better... The problem is Corporate disallows the staff from having anyway to help guests with anything which is not cookie cutter. Example: "We'd like to stay another night and add 2 more rooms." Answer: "Oh, we can't do that. Try a travel site." Sorry, but i have never heard of a hotel being unable to book their own rooms. Weird.
