This credit Union is a member of my credit Union's Coop and a shared branch, but the teller simply couldn't figure out how to make their systems work so I couldn't do my business at all, extremely disappointing
Do not bank here. The staff is extremely rude, and the branch manager, Patti Russel, shows no interest in helping her “members.” The moment you express any pushback, she cuts you off, offers nothing but lip service, and insists she never receives complaints — though the reviews say otherwise. She also told me her “lead teller” is simply a rule follower and therefore won’t go above and beyond to assist a member when all she needed to do was get an approval to cash a check same day and not place a hold on it which other banks ... read more
The customer service at this branch is among the worst I’ve encountered. Multiple tellers are rude and eager to give attitude over simple requests. Their business practices are an entirely different issue and they have terrible follow through. I would absolutely not recommend this location.
