Appauled by the treatment of this bank. Terrible customer service and banking practices.
I know this is not a branch specific issue but it seems intentionally difficult to reach someone over the phone. I can understand that there are more efficient ways of doing things like checking ones balance but sometimes you need to speak to a person and most people work during the credit unions hours of operation making in person visits difficult. The schedule a call feature is helpful but not well advertised.
Kathaleen Curtis was super helpful when I came in to set up my account. Very quick and efficient with the entire process.
