The way the reviews say that they are shady unpon move out makes me scared to rent here.
Application for this place is not seamless, the prices and availabilities keep fluctuating, one night a 1B1B would be 2215 and you book a tour the next day, the same place is now 2400 on the website and something else when you start the application. As a person applying for a place this becomes very confusing.
Recently moved into these apartments and Patrick was great! He answered all of our questions and once we were approved allowed us to tour the apartment we are renting. He even checks in on us to see how we are settling into the apartment too. Highly recommend! Update: Currently moved out of this apartment due to moving back to OC. Overall stay was good besides a couple things. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and with all the rain we had our patio flooded really bad to where you could not get to the laundry room. Vince from maintenance was amazing. He went above and beyond, taking care of issues that I hadn’t even put in a work order for yet. He was very friendly and respectful. Oscar is also great! He came and helped with plumbing and electrical. I was at work the first couple times he came, but he never gave up trying to reach me and did was very friendly despite having to return so many times. Eva also helped me move in here and was great every step of the way even when my situation became way more complicated than usual.
Talia is an excellent support system and very knowledgable. I highly recommend discussing any concerns or questions with her. She takes her time to address any problems and always makes certain all questions are answered. She truly is one of a kind. I highly recommend anyone to ask for Talia.
