DO NOT MOVE HERE. There was mold in my apartment, in the apartment of my neighbor to my right, and the neighbor across the hall. I informed two maintenance staff and someone in the leasing office, no one told me to follow up in writing. After leaving when I contracted a respiratory illness, they tried to charge me for an additional month's rent even though I was out before the first because no one had noted that my apartment BUILDING had mold.
