If you're considering moving into my apartment at IMT Stevenson Ranch, please watch the video I uploaded on yelp, because what you see there is exactly what you'll experience once I move out. No idea why I can’t upload them here. Anyway, The dog upstairs barks nonstop from sunrise to sunset. He's a German Shepard and he runs and jumps all day. Cody and Carlos are FABULOUS! Always prompt, very courteous, friendly and conscientious. 4 out of 5 because of the many times there has been significant plumbing issues. No problem with Cody and Carlos-they always go above and beyond.
Nice property. Way to expensive for what you get. Not worth paying so much to live in a small box.
Maintenance team is always prompt and efficient. Leny responded to my last maintenance request where I had 7 different things and he took care of everything. He event worked on something that came up last minute. Very friendly and empathetic.
We love this community a well maintained and tenant friendly
