IMT has been the place I call home for years. The maintenance team is always helpful and extremely respectful when entering my home. Lenin is always a pleasure to work with. He is efficient in his work and communicative in the event he needs to replace something. Super grateful for him and the team!
I moved into this apartment complex at the end of May, meaning I've only been a resident for about a month. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to severe noise issues from the upstairs unit. While I don't believe my neighbors are intentionally disruptive, the building's lack of soundproofing or potentially poor floor reinforcement means every step, creak, and movement above me is incredibly loud and constant, making my apartment unlivable.
