The lease renewal was an easy process. I am not sure what the Convenience Fee we are being charged now and in looking at my lease renewal couldn’t find it. Parking is a continuous problem. Would be willing to pay $75 to have a set parking place.
I always have a good experience with the Maintenance staff during the few times they have come out to do a repair. They are efficient, professional and friendly, and always respond very quickly to fix the issue. This time was no different - repair made promptly and efficiently.
We love it here! Love the staff! They do amazing things for their tenants to show appreciation.
