We had a great stay at The Summit Apartments during our trip to Brisbane. The location is excellent, the place was clean and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to Brisbane CBD which made everything very convenient. A special mention to Charlie at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, and really made our experience even better.
Our stay at The Summit Apartments was awful. The bedroom lights didn’t work, the shower clogged on day one ( flooding the bathroom after 30 seconds ), and there was no exhaust fan. Furniture and carpets were stained, and the whole place felt old and unclean. To make things worse, a friend’s scooter was stolen from their “secure” car park. Staff first claimed there were no cameras, then said they didn’t work, and finally told us the cameras belonged to another company. They offered no help or accountability at all.
