I rang a few days prior to arrival and asked to be together and was told our 3 rooms were on level 7., we arrive to be on level 3 and 8. One of those rooms had no air con working. Informed 2hrs prior to arrival. They Offered cheaper rate, negotiated and got free bfast.. (90% humidity was far from pleasant, plus having to have balcony doors open, next door smoking stank our room) (our booking was made last year also) Only good thing was location to roma st parklands where we walked 5mins to the concert. Good room, good facilities, it was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfy! The black out curtains were actual blackout curtains. My only negatives are it is a little dated however very clean. The man at reception was so polite and informative. The other negative is being down there for Ed Sheeran, the price was astronomical for 1night for a basic room. However, every hotel is doing that. 🤷‍♀️ Thank you summit apartments.

1-night stay – very disappointing experience. We arrived for a late check-in and were immediately met with an overwhelming odour on the 4th floor where our room was located. The entire hallway smelt like rubbish, clearly coming from the garbage room located along the corridor — not a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself was no better.
