Staff at front office helpful, always ready to help . Maintenance staff is efficient friendly and alway on time . Property alway clean and well appointed.

The Summit is a fantastic place to live! I moved in a few weeks ago and cant say enough good things about it! The staff are phenomenal! They are so friendly, helpful, and seem to really take pride in working here! They made me feel immediately comfortable and at home and I knew immediately after meeting them and going on a tour that this is where I was going to live. The space is fantastic too! The elegant Summit is a marvelously beautiful community to live. The current Management Staff (Anthony and MiLady) are sweet, kind, attentive and efficient. My daughter actually find this home for me and the Grands. She knows my likes. My apartment is very spacious and provides a great comfortable home my self and Grands. Most of residence are friendly and respectful. It's like a community. The rent is a little pricey, however, that's the cost to live in the city of Alexandria. We are happy here.
