Super-overrated. Rooms are beautifully decorated but in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. A profound cleaning/refreshment service is a major issue. The pillows were unbearably smelly. Breakfast was inadequate.
Fun decor, spacious room, and a friendly host.
Just a wonderful place to stay. Great location. Quiet. Very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly and dedicated to you enjoying your time in Lenox.
