Tammi was wonderful to work with!! In addition to being a kind and gentle person, she knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. We had such a smooth and quick sale due to her knowing the market well and knowing how to price a house appropriately. She stayed on top of things and watched the local activity closely seeing an opportunity to list for a price far better than we first thought. I highly recommend Tammi as a realtor.
