Want to deal with water coming into your apartment from under the foundation almost a year before fixing- this is your place. Please be really cautious about living here. I dealt with constant pest issues, and some buildings clearly have termite problems that still haven’t been addressed. On top of that, my front door didn’t lock properly for almost six months. As a woman, that made me feel incredibly unsafe, and management showed no urgency at all.
