Overpriced with no amenities, maintenance requests are impossible to get taken care of, the construction of the “renovations” is half done and things are falling apart, and the rent increases exponentially at the end of your contract. Also if you don’t give sixty days notice you will pay the monthly rate of up to 50% more than the yearly rate.
This is in a great location! Emily is topnotch and very knowledgeable. Great new management team in place too :)
We love living here! The community is so close to everything, we’re close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the beaches. I LOVE my fenced in back patio area which makes it so nice for my dog to run around without having to always go on long walks plus there’s a walkway in the back of the property that leads right to Indigo Square which has restaurants and stores.

See google reviews for The Sullivan (aka Mt Pleasant 79 LLC dba The Sullivan 79) and The Folly @ 900 (aka West Ashley 40 LLC Dba The Folly). This place is deeply disappointing. It’s obvious they’re using FAKE reviews to inflate their ratings. Users like CG, Gabi Brennesholtz, Rice Ronnie, and Ian Schmidt have left identical 5-star reviews for multiple properties owned by this company in the same timeframe—clearly misleading! Now, the reality: The office is never open. Maintenance requests? Good luck. If your issue isn’t deemed “important,” expect to follow up a month later. Emails? Don’t bother—they’ll go unanswered.
