Please be really cautious about living here. I dealt with constant pest issues, and some buildings clearly have termite problems that still haven’t been addressed. On top of that, my front door didn’t lock properly for almost six months. As a woman, that made me feel incredibly unsafe, and management showed no urgency at all. This property is an older one in Mount pleasant. While the townhomes have issues that include flooding from time to time and are in need of structural repairs. I moved in Jan 2025 and was not pleased at all due to lack of communication from the property management and lack of them repairing ANYTHING until recently when management hired a man named Robert Robinson in their office.
