We love living here! The community is so close to everything, we’re close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the beaches. I LOVE my fenced in back patio area which makes it so nice for my dog to run around without having to always go on long walks plus there’s a walkway in the back of the property that leads right to Indigo Square which has restaurants and stores.

This place is deeply disappointing. It’s obvious they’re using FAKE reviews to inflate their ratings. Users like CG, Gabi Brennesholtz, Rice Ronnie, and Ian Schmidt have left identical 5-star reviews for multiple properties owned by this company in the same timeframe—clearly misleading! Now, the reality: The office is never open. Maintenance requests? Good luck. If your issue isn’t deemed “important,” expect to follow up a month later. Emails? Don’t bother—they’ll go unanswered. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The property is well-maintained, and everything feels clean and organized. The atmosphere is inviting, and it’s clear they take pride in creating a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
