Please be really cautious about living here. I dealt with constant pest issues, and some buildings clearly have termite problems that still haven’t been addressed. On top of that, my front door didn’t lock properly for almost six months. As a woman, that made me feel incredibly unsafe, and management showed no urgency at all. This property is an older one in Mount pleasant. While the townhomes have issues that include flooding from time to time and are in need of structural repairs. I moved in Jan 2025 and was not pleased at all due to lack of communication from the property management and lack of them repairing ANYTHING until recently when management hired a man named Robert Robinson in their office. I have been living here for two years now and it has been great. I love my townhome and the location is unbeatable!
Overpriced with no amenities, maintenance requests are impossible to get taken care of, the construction of the “renovations” is half done and things are falling apart, and the rent increases exponentially at the end of your contract. Also if you don’t give sixty days notice you will pay the monthly rate of up to 50% more than the yearly rate.
This is in a great location! Emily is topnotch and very knowledgeable. Great new management team in place too :)
