Sullivan has been awful to work with. Their PM ran the project so inefficiently that we lost thousands of dollars due to how he ran the project. Our company is still owed about 16% of our total contract over 10 months after the project had been completed. They have just about stopped communicating with us altogether. Do not work with Sullivan Corp.
TRADES BEWARE!!! This company does not pay their subcontractors!
