I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service from the girl who does brows. I’ll admit I didn’t realize how far the location was when I first booked, but as soon as I got the confirmation and saw where it was, I canceled the appointment right away. The appointment wasn’t until May 26, so I gave plenty of notice. I had put down a $30 deposit for a $45 service — that’s more than half the total cost — and she refused to refund it.
