Ava A. was great to connect with. She answered all my questions and provided a tour on the spot for us. 🤗 Excited for my daughter to attend NAU and have an on campus living experience.
Beware... first they don't have any move in or move out bins to use except for two for the entire complex. Which is poorly managed at best. If you have to move in early avoid at all costs due to lack of bin availability and complex support. Be sure to check fridge has drawer, the suites tried to charge both roommates for missing drawers in both fridges that were never there to begin with. Make a note on your move in sheet. We traveled to Flagstaff to tour the Suites . Madi was our tour guide and she made the experience so amazing . She was so thorough, sweet , and truly made us excited for our daughter’s future stay at the Suites . The amenities, location and room really make for a fabulous college experience. Thank you Madi!
My daughter left the dorm room cleaner than when she moved in but still got charged for a cleaning fee. Also was charged for water usage which should be included in the rent. Sent multiple emails to manager Ashley who was unresponsive. They take advantage of college kids because there is limited student housing in Flagstaff. It’s a shame.
If you are considering moving to the suites, please read the reviews of the actual tenants/students who have lived there. The ONLY reason they have such a high rating as of now is because the CAs who give tours are very nice. When you go to sign a lease/tour the facility, everyone is very nice and attentive. Once you move in, that all goes away. I lived in the Suites for 3 years, and there were countless instances of uncleanliness, poor management, and overall lack of consideration for the students.
