Genuinely one of the worst places to live within NAU. My living experience has been nothing but stress and disgust. Do not let your child live here, there is a reason the only good reviews come from tours. I would like to say the maintenance and students working the office are extremely kind and hardworking, but whoever is managing this property needs to step it up. The community assistants are amazing. Eva and Maria were really helpful during my move-in.
I lived here for three years, and it is the worst, most horrible, greedy apartment complex in all of NAU. The only good reviews are from tours, they’re lying to you. It’s an extremely expensive place and you will be stuck in a dorm room paying luxury apartment prices. Here’s a list of the stupidity I had to put up with while I lived here : - Freshman year the laundry room flooded, It caused my doorway to swell, I was trapped inside.
