If I could I would rate this place as a -1. The first year I was a tenant there was great, but that changed the second year. They got more greedy, cleaned less and lied more. They said that I damaged a wall and bed which I did not. However, I asked for proof of evidence They showed me a picture of the hand towel rack close to the bathroom wall. Which is nowhere near the bedroom portion of the room. In conclusion, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! You will be robbed blind.
Don’t live here to go to college. I blame this place for making my college year even more difficult; the wifi is so slow it’s hard to do assignments, my power went out MULTIPLE TIMES while living here, all the time power goes out and you are out of luck until tomorrow no way to finish assignments unless you use your phone. I got charged a bunch of fees for “wall damage” and repairs, when I have photo proof of there being none, when I complained the management team said it was too far past the time I’m allowed to combat it ??... read more
Black mold, constant smell of weed, and a tiny cramped unit, can all be yours for a super expensive price if you live here ! In all honestly this place is super overpriced, and for the price you may not be getting what your lease says: you can end up in units with no bathtub, missing locks, nonfunctional showers, fans that don’t work, lights too dim to see, etc. be aware these things likely will not be fixed, as it’s “impossible” and you will NOT be given cheaper rent if your unit is like this, it’s the same price as the one... read more
Charges you a full month of rent for 11 days of may, will also charge you upwards of $500 to replace things that don’t need to be replaced after you move out, scammy place. The hallway flooded and it got into my room and I never got any form of compensation either.
