I lived here for three years, and it is the worst, most horrible, greedy apartment complex in all of NAU. The only good reviews are from tours, they’re lying to you. It’s an extremely expensive place and you will be stuck in a dorm room paying luxury apartment prices. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I moved in with stuff in my room already faulty and the walls banged up. At the end of your lease they will try to charge you with BS fees, and make you cough up lump sum of money. I was really excited to live here ,but after my year experience I wouldn’t recommend to live here and there are many other places you can live in flagstaff that has the same stuff suites offers for the same price or even better.
I am extremely disappointed with the leasing office’s communication and handling of my lease takeover. Before I moved forward, I specifically asked whether I could change the lease to a 9-month term ending in May 2027. A staff member confirmed this in writing by the email. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told that changing the lease to May was not possible. This directly contradicted the written information I had received from their office. Laundry rooms always have broken/trashed machines, elevators never worked, the gym is popular, so people sneak in random people all the time which is dangerous. You get charged fees for previous tenants, random damage and cleaning fees after I moved out that did not exist but are impossible to fight. Amenities are poorly maintained and often broken with no plan for them to be repaired.
Living here at summer is actually ruining my mental health. There are random people entering whenever they want, anyone has access to your unit, people looking into your windows, the summer is when they hire people to clean and fix things, and I guess that means men knocking on my window with a ladder as a sleep staring at me. This has to be illegal
