I am four appointments in and can say that this has been one of my best lash experiences. I’ve had lash extensions on and off for the last 7 years and can confidently say that the application process, retention, and service is top notch. It wasn’t until I saw photos of myself did I truly realize how well Jessica’s mastery accentuates my eyes. My only complaint is that I get so comfortable during my appointments that I snore during my lash nap sometimes.
My wife’s appointment was at 1pm this afternoon Jessica texted my wife and canceled less than an hour before This was the second time The first time my wife had it scheduled it was for a vacation and a special event Jessica canceled 2 hours before the appointment leaving my wife with np options to find another company because we were leaving the next morning on a red eye 2 appointments set 2 appointments canceled by Jessica I don’t recommend that you waste your time Because she rescheduled my wife’s appointments both times
I booked an eyelash extension appointment through Groupon, and Jessica canceled on me the same day as my appointment. After that, it was extremely difficult to get rescheduled. Communication was inconsistent, and it felt like I had to keep reaching out just to try to find another appointment. In the end, I had to request a refund through Groupon, but because of their policy, I was only refunded in Groupon Bucks instead of back to my original payment method. Jessica is very knowledgeable and her technical and artistic skills are top tier. She tailors the experience to the needs of the client and the results are fabulous.
Super cute, comfy studio. Jessica is sweet and professional. My lashes were so pretty and natural. Exactly what I envisioned I will definitely be returning.
