Louise is amazing at what she does! I've never felt so comfortable while someone's ripping hair from my skin. Just recently saw her for a facial and it was the most relaxing facial I've ever had, my skin was actually glowing after. She makes her space non judgemental and it feels like you're catching up with a friend every appointment!
