We had a very good experience after a local recommended this place to us! Wow, we had to wait a little bit for our food, it was well worth the weight. However, there are plenty of options that you can grab and go if needed.
I really want to like this place. I love that they are on Chestnut and that they have live entertainment and good pizza. Today was the third time in a row that I have gone in and been ignored or had not very friendly service. I stood there for I don't know how long before I left. Two guys were working and did not even acknowledge me..didnt even look at me. They just walked around me like I was invisible. Very slow, great ingredients.The food seems to have good taste to it, but if you're gonna be charging what you charge, the service in my opinion should be better and never been able to just go there, eat and leave, it's always gotta be an hour hour and a 1/2 type of situation or whenever I order takeout it takes.ForeverYour cooks don't care about their customer.
Seems to be a cute place initially but the service is terrible. No one greets you when you walk in. Stood at the counter to order and they both looked at me and walked away. You go up to the counter and pay first so you don’t get real table side service. Said it would be a 45 minute wait when there was maybe 10-15 people in the building. Did not feel inviting at all.
