Incredibly professional and expert service on my 2012 Outback 2.5 that had blown a head gasket. The car had been new to me, but I knew the old owner had taken it here for service before and had nothing but praise for their work. I was referred to Subie Guy by Brandon at Allen Tire because I needed work done on my Cross Trek that they could not do and I was definitely not taking my car to the dealership. Anyway I was told that if the car was dropped off Thursday night that it would be done on Monday and sure enough it was ready the very next day around lunch time. Subie Guy was thorough, honest, FAST, and a MUCH BETTER option than taking my car to the dealership. I will continue to bring my car to Subie Guy from now on!!
Very good and honest people. He looked at my car and showed me the pictures of where I had a oil leak .They were very professional and hard working . Even down to the receptionist is very polite. Five stars
I was referred to The Subie Guy from another shop, so I gave them a try. I was having transmission issues with my Forester and these guys were very transparent with me. They gave me advice and suggestions, things that other shops sometimes don't provide. At this point, I haven't decided whether to replace or repair my transmission. The Subie Guys told me they don't really "rebuild" transmissions, and that's ok. Since I haven't decided what direction I want to go, I won't be using them this go round.
