Being complete novices in the house selling process, we were advised to use The Styling Crew for our house sale. What a transformation!! Beautiful furniture and soft furnishings, and placement so well considered, maximising the best attributes of the property. The final sale price was much better than we had imagined and I am sure this was in no small part thanks to the excellent styling job. This company reported my previous review as they are very worried about their business image. Do not recommend due to the poor experience we had with bad communication and the company finding additional ways to charge and rip us off. Passive aggressive responses and claims to need to spend over $500 to clean some sheets.. I’d go somewhere else
Jodi and her team did an amazing job styling my house for sale! It was such a lovely surprise to learn that The Styling Crew had also styled the house when I first bought it, back when the property was used as a display home, what a small world! Jodi already knew the space so well and it really showed in the thoughtful, beautiful styling. Her team is efficient, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jodi and the team at The Styling Crew were incredible! Such a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. They were lovely, personable, and professional — and took care of absolutely everything. We didn’t have to lift a finger! The end result was amazing, and all at a really fair price. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
While I cannot question their styling skills, the execution fell short. I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and plan to escalate it to NCAT since our deposit was withheld without any justification. Additionally, they delivered a flower arrangement that included broken glass, accompanied by numerous excuses. When I brought this up with the owner, my concerns were treated with complete disregard.
