Jodi and her team were sensational from start to finish. They managed to transform our house using the majority of our own furniture and just adding items where needed. The whole team were also particularly pleasant and professional during the installation and removal of their items. I would definitely recommend them.
Stay away from this dodgy company. They deliberately misplace indoor items outside and charge their clients for damage items without providing any proof of purchase. I have lodged complaints with NSW Fair Trading and will escalate it as they deducted from my bond without my confirmation or proof of purchase. Their Google reviews show that this is not an isolated incident. There is a pattern of similar complaints regarding item misplacement, unjustified bond deductions, and lack of accountability. Being complete novices in the house selling process, we were advised to use The Styling Crew for our house sale. What a transformation!! Beautiful furniture and soft furnishings, and placement so well considered, maximising the best attributes of the property. The final sale price was much better than we had imagined and I am sure this was in no small part thanks to the excellent styling job. This company reported my previous review as they are very worried about their business image. Do not recommend due to the poor experience we had with bad communication and the company finding additional ways to charge and rip us off. Passive aggressive responses and claims to need to spend over $500 to clean some sheets.. I’d go somewhere else
Jodi and her team did an amazing job styling my house for sale! It was such a lovely surprise to learn that The Styling Crew had also styled the house when I first bought it, back when the property was used as a display home, what a small world! Jodi already knew the space so well and it really showed in the thoughtful, beautiful styling. Her team is efficient, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
