Call head and asked about getting one adult and two kids haircuts she said just come on in. We’re open until six. We came in 30 minutes later and was completely ignored for over 30 minutes when asked where the bathroom was so my two year-old daughter could go she stared at me for a minute and then said it’s back there and pointed. I asked for a trim and more hair to frame my face, so that when I would put it in a ponytail, I would have little wisps falling out. I asked for it to blend in with the rest of my hair when I saw that it looked blunt. By the end I didn’t know how else to explain it to her to make it look like it blended in with the rest of my hair to look cohesive, not bluntly cut. I am impressed that today is an ideal day to visit the Styling company of Urbana. Over the past few months, I have opted to visit a different salon. However, I decided to stop by for a bang trim. Although it is marketed as a walk-in salon, the reality is that it does not operate as such. Unfortunately, the customer experience has been compromised. Therefore, I would advise against visiting.
