Katie has been coloring and cutting my hair, so I visit her monthly. Today was the worst haircut of my life. When I saw the result, I was furious. She clearly doesn’t know how to cut women’s short hair and kept stressing the system’s notes on how to cut and which tools to use. The front is too short, the back looks like a bowl cut. Best Hair service! After four years of coming to get my hair done every six to eight weeks consistently. There is not another place I would recommend. All their staff are so very respectful. There kindness and compassion for there clients does not go unnoticed always going that extra mile to help everyone. They are an amazing bunch of individuals.
Worst experience. Got hair color done and my hairs turn orange after 2 weeks and i again paid 70$ around to get toner and its again orange after 2 weeks. In total i spend around 350$ on these highlights. Worst experience and they refuse to fix on your 15th day because of their policy.
