I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My hair was severely damaged during the coloring process and felt completely fried afterward. On top of that, my haircut was noticeably uneven. I was also concerned about the overall professionalism during my appointment. The stylist’s behavior made me feel uncomfortable and question whether she was in a condition to be providing services. Very unpropfessional and does not resopect the cleints time. Each time I made an appointment for myself or my boys, it was always a wait since she is always behind. She is never prepared, and always highly unorganized. Also, my kids are 4 and 6 and I stopped bringing my kids to Amazda to cut their hair because she always cuts them. The style lounge it should be more like the style hole in the wall. I’ve been taking my two sons there to get their haircut for the better part of a year. My kids hate going there because her place is always covered in some kind of animal hair there’s always 1 million people there in this extremely tiny space and Amanda, specifically, when she cuts, their hair is way too rough with them and always cuts their ears or mix them in a certain way. I have nothing good to say about this Salon any longer. The owner Amanda, who I’ve used multiple times, thought I’d give her another chance and let her cut my hair after 12 weeks of not having it cut by her only to find out she was high on drugs and cut my hair uneven you can always tell when someone’s high on drugs, especially when they pass out on their chair in the middle of an appointment. Color was on my hair and she sits down and she passes out and you could tell she was not taking a nap. I do not recommend this Salon ... read more
