I'd give Andy 6 stars but that option is not available. Excellent service, trustworlthy, professional and neat work. Reasonable price and told me when he would come, when he was coming and how long the work would take. Communicates clearly so you know what he will do AND what he is not doing. Wish more service people were as conscientious as THE STUMP GUY. EXCELLENCE PERSONIFIED!
Fantastic experience! Picked up the phone right away, finished the quote in less than a minute, and came out the next morning! Job was done right with an explanation of what he would do, and then a call after (I was at work) explaining what was done. Couldn't ask for better.
Andy was great to work with! Came to my house very fast and was able to knock out the stump very fast! No issues accessing my backyard with the machine and did a great job!
Andy was able to come over the same day I called. My gate access to my backyard is limited wasn’t sure it was going to work, but he pulled it off. Very happy would hire again.
