Today we cooked a boudin stuffed boneless chicken from The Stuffed Cajun and it was outstanding. We are definitely going to make a road trip to Slidell to stock our freezer. Their Red Rub is fantastic and a must have for your spice cabinet.
The red beans are delicious!! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!!
