Went to see the place, it looked pretty cool. Not your run of the mill sterile event halls. So we booked a 5th birthday party for twins. We booked in August (party was November 8th) we paid in full. Wife was in contact fairly regularly right up until 6 days prior to the party. They confirmed that everything was all set. They told us we could get in at 10am to setup. Got there prior.
