This was my first time at Ms. Sheka’s. From the moment I walked in until the end of my service I felt very welcome. She has an amazing positive attitude. Her office is clean and welcoming smelled so yummy and she also gave me amazing tips of how to care for my wax when I get home. Exceptional service! Sheka has THE most accommodating hours for this area, she really cares about servicing her customers. My services exceeded my expectations. I fully accepted her explanation of “we may not be able to reach 100% but I’ll shoot for 90%” due to my mismanagement and she STILL got 100% removal. 🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽 My husband was VERY happy with the results as well!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! She is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Brazilian waxing. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and made the experience quick and as painless as possible. UPDATE Part 2-The next day I got a call from Sheka explaining the mixup on the cancellation of my appt. She apologized and made it right. I went for my complimentary wax this morning 7/16. I feel wonderful. No more pulling hair in my underwear or sweating profusely working in the garden. She can breathe freely now.
