We went to Zoe for a mat Pilates class on my bachelorette and absolutely loved it! The studio is clean and welcoming. It was the perfect mix of fun, strengthening, and restorative. All of the girls loved Zoe and talked about our class the rest of the trip. We would highly recommend booking a group class here!

i love the studio upstate. every teacher i have had has been great. even with complicated combinations they explain (or show) so it makes sense. classes are generally filled with a combination of regulars and tourists and they welcome everyone. i am both- spend part of the year in LP and i always love coming back knowing the Studio awaits. if you’ve never taken pilates before i suggest a private or 2 person class at first just to get the language and reformer down but then join classes. i also love that they have so many fun... read more

If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, absolutely amazing space to express yourself and sprinkle some fitness in this is the studio to try. I have been coming here for years and the owner and instructors truly welcome everybody with every BODY. I've been anything from 9 months pregnant to 6 weeks postpartum to the fittest I've ever been and in between. The Studio Upstate is a special spot. When I finally decided to start taking care of myself after many years of caring for others, (and watering one fake plant for way too long), I came here to exercise on purpose. I ended up finding a place with a wonderful energy and beautiful souls that has been the most healing experience. Try the class! The space itself offers calming, airy feels with the fun hues of party lights. None of those high beam fluorescent lights that’s make you very aware you are working out. They offer a wide range of classes (literally all so fun) at varying times (because not everyone works 9-5pm). Most importantly- the people I’ve met through the studio are just beautiful and encouraging.
