What a wonderful studio!!!! Zoe was so helpful setting up a private class for my sister’s bridal party and the class was amazing. You can really tell how in touch with her practice she is and gave us an amazing class structured for our skill level. Was the perfect way to start out my sister’s wedding day, we will definitely be back. Thank you Zoe and The Studio Upstate!!!

We had such a great experience with Zoe during my sister’s bachelorette weekend! She came out to our rental house and led a beautiful, relaxing yoga session for our group. She was so kind, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. On top of that, she gave us amazing local recommendations that we actually ended up checking out! Highly recommend her if you’re looking to add something special and grounding to your trip.

I booked my first reformer pilates class with Sarah and it was amazing! She made the class so relaxing and informative. I learned so much about my breathing and the machine was so fun to use. I signed up for the rest of her pop up marathon Monday classes - I can’t wait to go back!

We booked Zoe for our bachelorette party weekend and had so much fun! We took the pole dancing class and she was very knowledgeable and helped a lot with the dance steps. She was an amazing instructor and we all had a fun time. I’ve never danced before and she was very patient and made everyone feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!
