The Studio Upstate has truly become my favorite place to be. It’s an incredible, welcoming community full of people dedicated to hard work, growth, and supporting each other. This is more than just a studio this is an incredible community centered place. I love the reformer class with Zoe, and Burlesque with Marissa is so fun! I love trying all the different classes here.
i’ve been coming to the studio regularly for over a year now! i have practiced different classes with each of the instructors and every class is just so awesome. i have learned a lot and opened up so much since getting into a routine with these ladies. excited to have a private bachelorette class with sarah this august! if you’re in lake placid, this is definitely a place to check out🫶
Zoe and The Studio team were AMAZING during our wedding weekend. We rented the space for a yoga class and Zoe was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. We also hired the Smoke Show Fire Co team to perform at the end of our wedding reception! The performance was incredible and our guests are still talking about it. I’d highly recommend the team for any event entertainment!
Great experience! We reached out to schedule a private class for my sister’s bachelorette party. Zoe was so friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our schedule. The Yoga Class we booked with Nikki was fantastic- it was a perfect beginner flow class that was fun and provided a great workout and reset. She was awesome. Highly recommend!
