Friendly, and accommodating but my highlights were awful and I had to go to someone else to get my hair color fixed. Was very brassy and orange. She did great on my hair trim though. However, Took her almost 4 hours, when only takes about 1hr and a half. I would only recommend for a hair trim. Blow out did not last! and I paid over 250$ never again!
I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend for a haircut. He showed her a picture and she told him "okay got it" and went to cutting away. Barely talked to him, cut it way too short in the back, and pretty much gave him a botched bowl cut. She seemed rushed and like she didn't have the time but did it anyways.
