Their pregnancy pilates classes are so good! I was initially very nervous to do group workout classes when I first found out I was pregnant, but the team here are amazing and so knowledgeable. The workouts are always so perfectly tailored for pregnancy, have never once felt like I was putting my body at risk of injury. 10/10 recommend
I had my first appointment with Hayley today to talk about my perimenopausal symptoms, and honestly, I’ve never felt so heard! From the get-go, she asked all the right questions and made me feel completely at ease. She created such a calming space and helped me feel totally normal talking about something that used to make me uncomfortable. I’m so hopeful for this next chapter now that I’ve found someone I really trust.
A pillar of the community. The dreaded mastitis came on and I was rescued by Petra and her team. All the best up to date advice and they got me in straight away to be treated in house. Amazing 👏 The studio has mums and bubs classes Monday- Friday and I have had several different teachers and each one exceptional, couldn’t pick a favourite. No issue holding your baby if it needs a settle or if you need to feed or change a nappy mid class. I feel so seen and understood which I think is quite rare for post partum women.
