I have lived here almost two years, and I agree past management was iffy at times. However, the new management (especially Alexis) is great. She is immediately responsive to concerns; polite and patient. Have no issues. I have not witnessed a high bug issue. This was mentioned by another reviewer as a big problem here, if so I would have left. Overall, I am thankful to be here; location is good, convenient, reasonably priced, new inside. I’m happy here.
Don’t ever live here!! I can not implore you enough not to live here. The property management and maintenance are so unresponsive that my apartment feel into these deplorable conditions. I felt completely unsafe. If I could have I would have left pretty much immediately after I moved in. Please don’t overlook this.
The manager, Lucy takes a very long time or never responds to tenant concerns. Customer service here is severely lacking, she is uncommunicative and does not really care about you. I just vacated my unit, provided a forwarding address and never received my deposit. Very negligent and inconsiderate of manager to not mail and not give my deposit back.
