Love this salon. Been a client since opening. My family and I have seen multiple stylists over the years. The space is relaxing and warm. Every stylist is talented and friendly. This is truly an upscale salon and in my opinion- the best in Vernon. Online booking is easy- which is an extra bonus for a busy family. The Davines product like is also a bonus! You won’t be disappointed to try this salon!
Had a hair consultation with Cailin, at a consultation you’d assume they would do a test strand right? Wrong. She cut off two decent sized test strands from my head and told me she would get to it later that day. I thought whatever, she’s probably just busy. I texted her later that night around 7 asking if she had time to get to it. She said no and she would do it “tomorrow” it’s almost been a week now and she has not texted me back. If you don’t have time for clients, just tell them!!!
This is a charming salon with a delightful coastal ambiance. It is conveniently situated on Okanagan Landing. I recently had highlights, cut, and a styling performed by Ruth. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my preferences. I whole heartedly recommend her for your salon requirements. The shop also provides a selection of hair products and gift items for purchase. I enthusiastically endorse this salon and anticipate returning.💓
