I'm glad I found Maddie. I am training for my first triathlon and my body is not happy with me. Maddie asked me about my training regimen, where my muscles are tight or sore, and what recovery methods I have been using. She then customized the massage session based upon my needs. Throughout the session, she provided insight into trigger points and how they effect the body. Her knowledge in her field is truly impressive. A day after my first massage with her, I can tell that the areas she worked on have greatly improved.

Unfortunately Madeline never showed up for my appointment last weekend. The appointment was made over text, so I tried texting her and calling her but she never responded so I left after 20 minutes. Very bummed, but I hope everything is ok.
