I love this gym for my son
The Studio for Fitness is a very welcoming and supportive environment with many great classes to choose from. Joe and Ed are very knowledgeable and run challenging yet fun classes and are always checking in with you for safety, form, and technique. Never the same class twice. I have lost inches and gained lean muscle mass over the past year and am very happy with my results! I love the instructors' enthusiasm and energy for every class and Joe is great about challenging me to my potential.
The Studio for Fitness is an amazing gym! I have been going to the Studio for 5 years now and have seen amazing results with my over all health and physique. I have not achieved these results in larger gym settings, it can feel overwhelming. Joe and Ed are very knowledgeable and are right there to help you with the proper form or to help with modifications. The atmosphere is clean, fun and energetic.
