Can not enough good things about this place! The classes are so motivating. I constantly hear myself saying "I can't" but having the staff on the mic talking me through each movement and being so uplifting has shown me over and over that I CAN!!!!! Thank you so much to all of the instructors you are doing such an amazing job!!!
