Emily has been a solid rock to our community, showing up every morning at 5:30am for the past 14+ years! She is passionate about life and holds a life-long learner mindset, continually expanding on her gym, such as adding spa treatments and Lululemon gear! The variety of fitness classes offered out of this studio is incredible, but besides that — CHECK OUT THE SPA SERVICES!!! They are SO GOOD! Emily uses the Mālie Organics line out of Hawai’i, so it truly feels like a tropical escape. Even better? She sells the products too! Plumeria scent is my absolute favorite, and now that I have the sugar scrub at home, I can enjoy the feeling of a “tropical spa escape” anytime.
The Studio is a wonderful workout environment! I moved away from Sitka, and miss it. I appreciated the accountability of the other members. Emily leads the best classes; the only classes that get me working out at 5:30 am highly recommend!
Emily and her studio have been such an important part of people's health and fitness here in Sitka. She is an inspiring instructor, and has grown and added lots of different options and instructors to her mix. The fall and winter months here in Sitka can be hard to find motivation to stay active, and when I first moved back to town, her classes are what kept me sane. Thank you for all you do and offer!
Emily is an amazing instructor! Love her energy, and her classes are so fun!
