Loved the energy from the owner Emily. She was phenomenal! I took a 30 min class during my short stop in Sitka and it was the best 30 min workout I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her and her business. She does this with pure passion, I could tell by the way she engaged her audience and the time she took to get to know me after class. If you get a chance to stop by, def try her classes!

AMAZING. I was having such a difficult time finding motivation to exercise- I'm mom to two littles & the idea of planning a workout was daunting & the YouTube videos weren’t doing it for me. I was recommended to try the studio and it seriously changed my outlook on exercising again. I was excited to wake up early to go to classes or to head out in the evening for an evening class.
