Got conch pierced, it hurt like he'll but the lady who did it was so caring and kind as well as professional. The staff out front was also very knowledgeable and friendly

I can't say enough good things about the two girls who assisted my daughter with her piercing today. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and fantastic with kids. Harley did such a good job of making her feel comfortable and making sure she was aware and consented to everything that was happening. She was wonderful and really has great rapport with kids. Very impressed and grateful for their patience and professionalism. Highly recommend taking your child here if you're thinking about getting their ears pierced!
I had a nose piercing done somewhere else, and they had put the wrong jewelry in my nose. It got stuck and I was really stressed about it. I went to this place to get it removed, and the staff here were honestly amazing. They were so kind, gentle, and patient with me. They took their time, explained everything, and removed the jewelry safely without making me feel uncomfortable at all. I’m truly thankful for how helpful and professional they were.
