I started a journey last year and if it had not been for the Studio, Bell, Jonette and all of the amazing women I have met there, I would not have been half as successful as I have been. Any time I have started an exercise program I have stopped (whether I am successful or not). It becomes a chore and eventually I am exhausted. From my first visit I was welcomed like family. Bell and Jonette have poured their passion for helping others into building this great environment. The classes are very enjoyable and intense at the same time. Such a great atmosphere for all levels. I was/am impressed by the expertise of all the instructors and with Bell, additionally bringing her physical therapy knowledge into the studio and podcast.
