I’ve been a resident at Studio Noho for over two years, and it’s one of my favorite places I've lived. The building is full of artists, actors, musicians, and creatives of all types. Everyone I met while living here was very kind and many residents have some sort of creative occupation. It's really a special place. Avenue 5 Management team was great to work with. Unauthorized charges- Contract is vague and charge whatever they want. Good luck getting any contact, they take the money and run. Per month they charge an extra $180 fees and gov charges that I ASKED TO CLARIFY PRIOR TO SIGNING. That doesn’t include the hundreds spent in electricity because these are so hot to live in. Thin walls- my neighbors below have thin floors, I can hear word for word what they say. Wow the service at this property is absolutely top-notch. I had the experience of meeting Isis this past week. I’m new to Los Angeles and I was looking for an apartment in the Noho area I want to be an actor so what better place than North Hollywood to plant my flag. Isis was so kind and nice. She told me about all the amenities at the property and recommend a wonderful place to eat in the local area she also gave me the layout of the land. Isis truly is asset to this company.
