I would strongly caution anyone considering applying to The Studio NoHo based on my experience with their application and refund process. I submitted two separate apartment applications and paid a $200 deposit with each application, for a total of $400. I was told that my deposits would be refunded within 21 days. I recently moved into The Studio NoHo and the whole process went about as smoothly as an apartment search can go, mostly because of Axel in the leasing office. From my first inquiry he was quick to respond and actually answered my questions instead of dodging them. He knew the building well, walked me through the differences between units honestly, and never pushed me toward something that wasn't the right fit. I’ve been a resident at Studio Noho for over two years, and it’s one of my favorite places I've lived. The building is full of artists, actors, musicians, and creatives of all types. Everyone I met while living here was very kind and many residents have some sort of creative occupation. It's really a special place. Avenue 5 Management team was great to work with.
