Unauthorized charges- Contract is vague and charge whatever they want. Good luck getting any contact, they take the money and run. Per month they charge an extra $180 fees and gov charges that I ASKED TO CLARIFY PRIOR TO SIGNING. That doesn’t include the hundreds spent in electricity because these are so hot to live in. Wow the service at this property is absolutely top-notch. I had the experience of meeting Isis this past week. I’m new to Los Angeles and I was looking for an apartment in the Noho area I want to be an actor so what better place than North Hollywood to plant my flag. Isis was so kind and nice. She told me about all the amenities at the property and recommend a wonderful place to eat in the local area she also gave me the layout of the land. Isis truly is asset to this company.
