The Studio in Sanford has different types of yoga and different types of dancing. Dancing is very fun. Yoga is mellow and fun. It is full of very nice fun friendly people. It is a clean building. It has clean bathrooms. They have something going on almost every day.
The Studio is a friendly place where any age or ability is welcomed! I recently visited for the first time and learned far beyond what I expected, met some fun, professional instructors & students.
The Studio in Downtown Sanford is so fun! What a great group of dancers!
Great studio. Many classes to choose from. A great asset to the Sanford community. Very accepting and friendly to everyone.
