Hairstylist did not give me the cut I asked for and chopped my hair way too short. Have not had this experience at any other salon for the same basic cut that I always request. It was also difficult getting her to fix it when I reiterated some of the things I wanted, and ultimately I gave up because I didn’t want to risk it being cut any shorter.

Honestly, super disappointed and upset. I asked for the same thing I ask for every time I go to any hairdresser—around 6 in. off, layers, more volume on top, & thinned out/narrowed down at the bottom. A very typical cut for long straight hair. I don’t know if she started chopping from the shortest point of my previous layers, but I’m absolutely horrified at how short it is. I had my appointment with Stacia. She trimmed my hair so it blended better without cutting any length. I also had my 3 inch dark roots retouched. I hardly even recognize myself. She did such a fantastic job. I wish I had taken a before and after picture. But I will next time. This salon has been voted as The Best of Spokane. Now I can see why!

Hailey did an AMAZING job on my hair. I love the look and feel, I haven't felt so confident in a long time. She took her time to make sure it came out perfect, she's an artist and professional! We also had some great conversations while she was working, and she offered snacks and drinks. All around it was a great experience, I would (and will) do it again!!
