Okay so I kind of sort of accidentally booked in for a barre class when I thought I was getting a yoga class. This is my fault. When I realised my mistake I was committed to going anyway. Gatdang was I sore the next 4 days. Tara tried to murder me by toning up my thigh butt and abs. First time in a barre class, don’t know if I’ll do it again anytime soon because I’m clearly not in good enough shape to handle it 😂 but when I do decide to go back I’ll choose a class Tara teaches!
Best place I've ever worked out. The classes are fun and intense. I always feel at home at The Studio.
Love this place!!!! Whether I’m stopping in for a Stoke juice before my walk in the Rec Plex, browsing the LuluLemon clothing or taking a spin class it’s one of my favourite places in town. Feels like your second home during Mayhem.
