Initially Anthony Beattie aka The Strut Man was professional when contacted and o dictated gas struts for our Landrover hatch could be regassed and sent back to us by courier within 24 hours. These were couriered 24 June 2024 - with delay in an update when contacted daily on their progress. 8 July 2024 had an invoice from Anthony and advice the struts would be couriered back to us that day. WARNING! Anthony aka "The Strut Man" came to quote struts for pool box and bin and 2 x Herman Miller Chairs. He took the chairs away to replace gas cylinders. We accepted his quotes but even after chasing him up over a 2 month period he never showed to do the work when he said he would. We had countless excuses. We had someone else attend to the work on site and then set about trying to recover the chairs which he told us he couldn't fix.
