I have being going here since the gym open. I have Garrett as a personal trainer the whole time. He very knowledgeable in lifting. He will push you to new heights that you didn’t even know you were capable of at the same time making sure you lift safely. I highly recommend him if your look for a trainer.

I have never been to Stronghold but their social media page is fire and Garrett is like THE strongest/best most handsome trainer ever so if you are ever in the area please go in my stead. Thank you.

Staff is friendly and approachable. You can tell they really care about their members! Gym is very clean. The overall environment is warm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

I’ve been lifting weights the past 3 and a half years and have experienced multiple gyms in the Carver/McLeod area. The Stronghold definitely stands on top and allows you to accomplish your goals and maximum potential. I love that there’s a variety of weights and equipment. The personal trainers/staff are very friendly and it’s a great environment to exercise in! Strongly recommend!
